Over the past eight years, I’ve created my own style of personal training by incorporating different wellness modalities that I’ve learned about and applied to my own life, all stemming from a holistic health approach.

I enjoy shifting the mindset around health and fitness by getting back to the basics of simple yet functional, enjoyable, efficient and creative workouts that can be done in home or outside with minimal equipment.


I want to empower individuals to realize that having gym access is not necessary to achieve their wellness and body composition goals.

I believe that workouts should feel fun not torturous. I prioritize building and maintaining core strength as it is our foundation and additionally, aids in injury prevention.

I focus heavily on proper form and encourage my clients to connect with their body while moving to become aware of the difference between pushing through a healthy amount of discomfort to up level versus creating an unhealthy amount of discomfort in the body because of pushing too hard.

I take a holistic approach to overall wellness, encouraging gradual and sustainable lifestyle changes while discouraging quick fixes.

Most excitingly, it’s led me to learn to accept and love myself more unconditional every day, regardless.
